Product Description:
Superior-quality hybridoma-grade fetal bovine serum is sourced from cattle raised on premium pastures in South America. Blood is collected via cardiac puncture of unborn bovine fetuses, processed by centrifugation and three 0.1-μm filtration steps. It undergoes comprehensive quality testing, including BVDV (Bovine Viral Diarrhea Virus) and a panel of viral assays, mycoplasma screening, endotoxin detection, performance evaluation, and biochemical analysis. This grade of serum contains growth factors necessary for embryonic development and has low immunoglobulin levels.
This grade of serum is selected for its ability to sustain the vigorous growth of hybridomas in culture.

Selection conditions of animal cells:
Suitable for conventional cell lines and part of stem cells culture. It is recommended to use 10% of the concentration. Please combine the specific concentration with the experimental requirements.
