This high-quality fetal bovine serum, intended for primary cell culture, is sourced from premium ranches in South America. It is prepared from blood collected via cardiac puncture of unborn bovine fetuses, processed through centrifugation and triple 0.1μm filtration, and subjected to comprehensive quality testing, including detection of BVD and a panel of viral agents, mycoplasma screening, endotoxin quantification, cell growth performance assessment, and biochemical analysis. This grade of serum contains essential growth factors supporting embryonic development and exhibits low immunoglobulin content. Serum lots with extremely low hemoglobin levels are carefully selected for superior performance in establishing primary cell cultures.
