1. Lymphocyte Separation Media (LSM) is designed for vitro isolation of lymphocytes from whole blood that has been diluted and treated with anti-coagulant.
2. For the best results, use blood drawn less than 2 hours before the experiment. Do not use blood more than 24 hours after it was drawn.
