Product Description:

Ham's F-12 Nutrient Mixture was developed by Ham in 1969 based on Ham's F-10 nutrient mixture. It is widely used as a basal medium for serum‑free culture and is especially suitable for single‑cell culture and clonal culture with low serum concentrations.

This medium contains amino acids, vitamins, inorganic salts and other essential components for cell culture. It contains no proteins, lipids or growth factors; therefore, it must be supplemented with serum or serum‑free additives before use.
