Product Description:Tris Acetate EDTA Buffer（TAE Buffer）is one of the common nucleic acid electrophoresis buffer solutions. It is composed of Tris、Acetate and EDTA and is often used in agarose gel electrophoresis, especially suitable for agarose gel electrophoresis of DNA.TAE has a relatively low ionic strength of the buffer solution and a small buffer capacity, making it suitable for short-term electrophoresis (such as 30 minutes). When higher resolution is required, TAE is beneficial for improving the resolution of large-molecular-weight nucleic acids.
