Product Description: We confirm the quality of our Classic Powdered Basal Media by testing samples from each production batch in accordance with specification requirements. Samples are reconstituted to 1× working concentration and sterilized by membrane filtration. Testing includes endotoxin level, solubility, osmolality, and pH. These parameters are determined following the standard test conditions for Classic Powdered Basal Media. The products are formulated without sodium bicarbonate to enhance stability.
