Product Description: We verify the quality of our Classic Powdered Basal Media by testing samples from each batch in accordance with specification requirements. Samples are reconstituted to 1× working concentration and sterilized by membrane filtration. Testing includes endotoxin level, solubility, osmolality and pH. These parameters are determined following the standard test conditions for Classic Powdered Basal Media. This medium is formulated without sodium bicarbonate to enhance stability.
