Product Description:Iscoves Medium (Iscoves Modified Dulbeccos Medium, IMDM) was developed by Guilber and Iscove in 1976 and contains more amino acids, vitamins, sodium pyruvate, and selenium salts. It is suitable for rapid proliferation and high-density cell culture, and can effectively support the culture of B lymphocytes, T lymphocytes, and a variety of hybridoma cells, as well as specific cell types. For specific cell culture, please select the appropriate medium formulation.
