This product maintains vertebral bone integrity while preventing disc swelling and provides a stable surface to withstand complex biomechanical loads. IVDs with attached vertebrae offer an excellent native physiological environment for testing potential therapies that stimulate disc cell metabolism and initiate a repair response. The PrimeGrowth medium is formulated to maintain continuous nutrient supply and sustain high cell viability in IVDs during long-term culture.
