Product Description:DMEM (Dulbeccos Modified Eagle Medium) was developed from EMEM medium. Compared to EMEM, DMEM contains twice the amount of amino acids, four times the amount of vitamins, and additional components: non-essential amino acids, trace iron ions, and sodium pyruvate. As a widely used basal medium, DMEM is suitable for culturing various types of mammalian cells.
