Product Description:WISENT Penicillin-Streptomycin-Amphotericin B Solution (100×) contains 10,000 units/mL penicillin (base), 10,000 μg/mL streptomycin (base), and 25 μg/mL amphotericin B. Prepared in 0.9% sodium chloride solution (saline), this triple-antibiotic solution is specifically designed for cell culture applications. The sterile-filtered solution can be directly added to cell culture media to prevent bacterial contamination while inhibiting fungal and yeast contamination.
