产品简介：

Epi Max 上皮细胞（乳腺）生长培养基套装针对乳腺上皮细胞在无血清环境下的生长进行了优化，适合培养上皮细胞系。

为了支持正常上皮细胞的接种和长期增殖，必须补充以下添加剂：

1. Epi Max SH（002-013-IL），含牛垂体提取物（BPE），也可用于在无血清培养基中培养原代前列腺上皮细胞。

2. Epi Max SA（002-014-IL）

3. Epi Max SG（002-015-TL）

通过添加Epi Max补充剂可获得含有生长因子、微量元素及牛垂体提取物（BPE）的完整Epi Max上皮细胞（乳腺）生长培养基，可维持上皮细胞系在体外正常生长。

Product Description:

Mammary Epithelia Growth media kit (Epi Max) is a serum free medium optimized for culture of mammary epithelial cell lines. The growth media consists of a basal medium containing growth factors，trace elements and a supplement which contains bovine pituitary extract. The bovine pituitary extract (B.P.E) supplement can also be used for culturing of primary prostate epithelial cells in a serum free medium. When used in conjunction with the three supplements，Epi Max SH: 002-013-IL, Epi Max SA: 002-014-IL and Epi Max SG: 002-015-TL，this media system does not require the addition of antibiotics.

Usage Statement:

THIS PRODUCT IS INTENDED FOR IN VITRO USE. NOT FOR HUMAN OR ANIMAL THERAPEUTIC USE.

Preparation Instructions:

The complete growth medium is obtained by adding the Epi Max Supplements, Epi Max SH: 002-013-IL；Epi Max SA: 002-014-IL；Epi Max SG: 002-015-TL，in the Basal Medium (cat: 002-010-CL)

Note: complete media contains antibiotics. Do not supplement.

Storage conditions:

The Epi Max Basal Medium can be stored in the dark at 2 to 8°C for up to 18 months. Do not Freeze the medium. This can lead to high salt concentrations by freezing out pure water and would cause irreversible damage.

The Epi Max SG can be store at 2 to 8°C too for up to 24 months. The Epi Max SH and Epi Max SA are to be store at -25℃ ~ -15℃, the first for 12 months and the second for 18 months, Epi Max SA need to be stored in the dark too. Do not heat the supplements over 37°C or use uncontrollable high sources of heat.

The complete medium should be stored in the dark between 2 to 8°C and can be kept for 6 weeks.
