PrimeGrowth™ Isolation Medium（319-511）是一种适应于椎间盘组织分离的培养基，可为后期椎间盘组织的长期培养提供无杂质微环境。

Product Description:

PrimeGrowth™ Kit, is a high performance system developed by Wisent for the isolation and long-term culturing of intact intervertebral discs (IVDs) that retain vertebral bone. Maintaining vertebral bone prevents disc swelling and provides a flat surface amenable to biomechanical complex loading. IVDs with vertebral bone provide an excellent native physiological environment for testing potential therapies that can stimulate disc cell metabolism and initiate a repair response. PrimeGrowth media is formulated to maintain nutrient supply and provide high cell viability in IVDs for a long time in culture.

To get the complete PrimeGrowth™ Isolation Medium (319-511-EL), PrimeGrowth™ Isolation Supplement 1 (319-511-S1) and PrimeGrowth™ Isolation Supplement 2 (319-511-S2) should be added to the media bottle. Each bottle should be supplemented separately.
