PrimeGrowth™ Neutralization Medium（319-512）是一种适应于椎间盘组织在分离步骤后进行中和的培养基，可防止在孵育期间产生在骨终板和软骨终板周围组织的裂解。

Product Description:

PrimeGrowth (ready to use) is a high performance system developed for the isolation and long-term culturing of intact intervertebral discs (IVDs) that retain vertebral bone. Maintaining vertebral bone prevents disc swelling and provides a flat surface amenable to biomechanical complex loading. IVDs with vertebral bone provide an excellent native physiological environment for testing potential therapies that can stimulate disc cell metabolism and initiate a repair response. PrimeGrowth media is formulated to maintain nutrient supply and provide high cell viability in IVDs for a long time in culture.
