PrimeGrowth™ Culture Medium（319-510）是一种适应于长期培养留有椎骨中完整的椎间盘组织细胞，可提供天然的生物微环境，满足建立椎间盘组织模型的条件，用于测试刺激椎间盘细胞代谢和启动修复功能。

Product Description:

PrimeGrowth™ Kit, is a high performance system  developed by Wisent for the isolation and long-term culturing of intact intervertebral discs (IVDs) that retain vertebral bone. Maintaining vertebral bone prevents disc swelling and provides a flat surface amenable to biomechanical complex loading. IVDs with vertebral bone provide an excellent native physiological environment for testing potential therapies that can stimulate disc cell metabolism and initiate a repair response. PrimeGrowth media is formulated to maintain nutrient supply and provide high cell viability in IVDs for a long time in culture. 

To get the complete PrimeGrowth™ Culture Medium (319-510-CL), PrimeGrowth™ Culture Supplement 1 (319-510-S1) and PrimeGrowth™ Culture Supplement 2 (319-510-S2) should be added to the media bottle.
