Product Description:

Iscove's/Ham's F12 Medium is a double nutrient medium obtained after mixing an equal volume of IMDM (Iscove's Modified Dulbecco Medium) and Ham's F12 (Ham's F-12 Nutrient Mixture). Iscove's/Ham's F12 medium is more nutritious and more widely used.

WISENT culture medium contains amino acids, vitamins, inorganic salts and other components required for cell culture, but does not contain proteins, lipids or any growth factors, so the product should be used with serum or serum free supplements.
