Product Description:

Extreme-MEM is a unique culture medium containing HEPES, sodium bicarbonate buffers, sodium pyruvate, L-glutamine, insulin, transferrin, hypoxanthine, thymidine and trace elements. Extreme-MEM can reduce Fetal Bovine Serum (FBS) supplementation by at least 50% without altering the growth rates of various suspension and adherent cells.
