Product Description:

Premium quality fetal bovine serum is derived from Australian blood, to collect cattle from Australia high quality pasture, unborn fetal bovine heart puncture blood, through centrifugation and three 0.1 micron filtration production process, and through a number of quality indicators detection, including BVD and a series of virus testing, mycoplasma, endotoxin, performance, biochemical analysis.This level of serum contains growth factors necessary for embryonic development and is low in immunoglobulin.

Serum is dialyzed aganist 0.15M NaCL ( using 10,000 molecular weight cut-off filters ) until the level of glucose is below 5 mg/dL. This procedure reduces the level of low molecular weight components. Precipitation and inactivation of serum peptides is prevented by avoiding extensive dialysis.

Selection conditions of animal cells:

Suitable for pulse tracer experiment (isotope labeling study of cell metabolism) to avoid interference of small exogenous molecules on cells. It is recommended to use 10% of the concentration. Please combine the specific concentration with the experimental requirements.
