Product Description:

WISENT Penicillin-Streptomycin-Amphotericin B Solution (100×) contains 10,000 units/mL penicillin (base), 10,000 µg/mL streptomycin (base), and 25 µg/mL amphotericin B. Prepared in 0.9% saline solution (sodium salt), this triple-antibiotic solution is specifically designed for cell culture applications. The sterile-filtered solution can be directly added to cell culture media to prevent bacterial contamination while simultaneously inhibiting fungal and yeast contamination.

Usage Statement:

THIS PRODUCT IS INTENDED FOR RESEARCH USE ONLY. IT IS NOT INTENDED FOR HUMAN OR THERAPEUTIC USE.

Preparation Instructions:

1. Remove Penicillin-Streptomycin-Amphotericin B Solution (100×) from -20℃ refrigerator and place 4 degrees to melt.

2. Every 500 mL culture medium added 5 mL of Penicillin-Streptomycin-Amphotericin B Solution (100×) .

Notes：

As far as possible to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.

ORM: Liquid 100×, Sterile, Ready to use.

SHEIF LIFE: Maximum 12 months.

STORAGE TEMPERATURE: STORE AT -25℃ to -15℃. Protect from light.
